Begin the day with a guided discovery of Whitehorse, including the Train Depot of the White Pass and Yukon Route, Log Skycraper, Log Church, Sternwheeler SS Klondike, Fish Ladder and Schwatka Lake. In the afternoon you’ll be taken to the Southern Lakes Resort. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoy the majestic lake and mountain scenery. Take the time to unwind before dinner. Afterwards, be sure to keep your eyes on the skies in hope of seeing the northern lights. Named after the Roman Goddess of dawn, Aurora, and the Greek name for the north wind, Borealis, the spectacle is legendary in every sense of the word. The resort has plenty of special vantage points to view at your leisure. Regardless of where you watch from, if the magical lights reveal themselves, you’re sure to be impressed.

How you spend the next two days is up to you. You’re welcome to do as much or as little as you please.
